Ingredients:
0.5 Pork Belly
2 tblsp. Soy sauce
1 tblsp. Catsup
2 tblsp. Brown Sugar
1 pc. Hot chili pepper
2 cloves garlic
0.15 tsp. ground pepper
2 tblsp. Vegetable oil
0.25 cup Spiced vinegar
Procedure:
Step 1:
Marinate pork belly with soy sauce, catsup, brown sugar, chili, garlic and pepper overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 2:
Remove pork from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Coat pork with oil. Grill pork until cooked and golden brown. Transfer on a serving plate and served with spiced vinegar.
